Not forgetting, Japan is also flourishing well in the mobile phone industry, with already a chain of phone manufacturers having reserved copyrights and royalties to a database of thousands of ringtones, one can choose from. They may range from hard rock songs, mellow love songs to groovy hip-hop beats. What was earlier just a small industry; today the mobile music industry has reached over 15 billion dollars.
